Tricky Returns

<pre>Domino is proud to announce the return of one of British music's most
audacious artists -
<<a href="http://www.dominorecordco.com/site/index.php?page=artists&artistID=268>">http://www.dominorecordco.com/site/index.php?page=artists&artistID=268></a>
Tricky.

Following some anonymity living in the Bronx with his Jamaican cousins
then moving to LA, setting up a record label and making a film amongst
other things, Tricky returns with his most personal album to date.

'Knowle West Boy' is his first release in 5 years and sums up everything
that Tricky has accomplished since his classic 1995 Maxinquaye debut.
Underpinning it all is a theme of rediscovery... the American exile
rediscovering his love of dear old Blighty; the veteran rediscovering
the joy of making music; the experienced player rediscovering the
struggle of being Knowle West's very own Tricky Kid, the weird but
defiant teen outsider who knew that with enough lust for life you could
become a superstar.

Knowle West is the area of Bristol that Tricky grew up in, and the base
of his new single 'Council Estate', a twisted Specials-worshipping punk
celebration of self belief and you can see the awesome new video at
<<a href="http://www.knowlewestboy.com/>">http://www.knowlewestboy.com/></a> www.knowlewestboy.com.

<<a href="http://www.dominorecordco.com/site/index.php?page=artists&artistID=268>">http://www.dominorecordco.com/site/index.php?page=artists&artistID=268></a>
Get to know the 'Knowle West Boy' better as Tricky describes own raw and
eloquent words his personal journey arriving at the album.

'Knowle West Boy' tells you everything you always wanted to know about
Tricky, over music that still sounds like no-one else on earth.

Damn it's good to have him back.

'Council Estate' will be available digitally on the 23rd of June and
physically on the 30th of June - his new album 'Knowle West Boy' is
released on Monday the 7th of July 2008.

<pre>MOBY
Launch Party for Last Night – 9th May
New Single – I Love To Move In Here
Out June 9th 2008

“It’s a triumph” - Sunday Times

“Juicy cinematic discotronica” - Mixmag

“A picaresque, altered states voyage through old school hip hop” - MOJO

On 9th May club indigo O2 plays host to one of the biggest dance events of the year: the launch party for Moby’s new album Last Night out May 12th. On the bill are Moby, Mylo and Anders Trentemoller, Earlier in the evening (7pm till 8pm), Moby will DJ in store at Phonica Records in Soho. Moby will then be back in the UK to appear at this year’s Global Gathering on 25th July. For further information go to <a href="http://www.globalgathering.co.uk/">http://www.globalgathering.co.uk/</a>

Moby will release the single I Love To Move in Here featuring
Grandmaster Caz through Mute on 9th June 2008. Formats will
include mixes from Crookers, Seamus Haji, Holy Ghost, Popof,
Style of Eye and Eric Prydz. The single is taken from
Moby’s new album Last Night out 12th May, recorded in
Moby’s home studio in Manhattan NY and mixed by Dan Grech-
Maguerat who has also worked with Radiohead and the Scissor Sisters.

Moby on Grandmaster Caz:

“My favorite guest is Grandmaster Caz, he was one of the
writers of Rappers Delight, he's been rapping since 1975, and
I'm really happy to have him on the record.
The way his rap came around is I sent him the track and I
thought he’d write something for it. He came into the
studio and he said, “OK, well play me the song. I guess he
hadn’t listened to it yet, so he sat down in front of the
speakers and in about 10 minutes had written out his rap. His
involvement from start to finish was about 45 minutes, I think
it sounds amazing. He’s got such a strong, nice, old school voice.”

Excitement builds as new acts are announced for the second coming of
Underage Festival. The world’s first incarnation of the Underage
festival in 2007 was an unprecedented summer sensation and this
year’s line up is bigger and bolder.

Boasting an already impressive bill, the addition of The Maccabees
promises to bring that bouncing, brash and befuddled blend of quirky,
upbeat, pop / punk art rocker sound that the band have become so
famous for.

Miles Cain takes a break from his new project with Alex ‘Arctic
Monkeys’ Turner, The Last Shadow Puppets to head up his own band The
Rascals.

Four Tet ( Aka Kieran Hebden) adds a new dimension of sound to the
festival with his overtly unique music that has been described as
‘Folk Music made by machines’.

The final new addition to this years Underage festival, and
potentially the most apt band to play the festival yet, Care Bears on
Fire grace the stage with their underage kid punk rock. The New York
trio (better known as Sophie, Izzy and Lucio) age between 12 and 14
and have been playing music together since the 4th grade when a
practice session turned food fight saw a gummy bear melting onto a
live wire of a fender amp, ‘we were visited by the spectre of a
giant care bear who told us to go forth and rock’.

And finally on the live front, The Underage Festival’s myspace
favourite band Pull In Emergency play and upbeat set of thrilling
melodious guitar pop.

It’s not just the live act schedule that is being bolstered either,
as the Young Turks Soundsystem brings a cohort of new DJs to the
underage table. The cutting edge captains bring an eclectic mish
mash of the cream up jump up DJ sets in the form of Faris Trotter,
Lightspeed Champion, Mystery Jets, Good Shoes, Frederick Blood-
Royale, Kid Harpoon and The Young Turks Themselves.

Playing across the other stages are leading lights of the UK’s
alternative music scene including headliners Gallows / Foals / The
Horrors and supporting cast, Bonde De Role / Bombay Bicycle Club /
Cheeky Cheeky and the Nosebleeds / Count And Sinden / Florence And
The Machine / Fryars / Ipso Factor / Operator Please / Poppy And The
Jezebels / Scum / Sons And Daughters / Team Waterpolo / The Rifles /
Those Dancing Days / Wild Beasts / XX Teens

Last year’s festival received a wealth of A+ reviews and Gold Star
plaudits from the media. From Sunday Times Style and The Observer to
Teen Vogue and Time Magazine to Artrocker and NME to the BBC 6
o’clock news, London Tonight and Radio 1, this was an event that
captured the imagination of a nation and tapped into a vibrant and
buoyant scene set by Britain’s youth.

Underage co founder Sam Kilcoyne, now a veteran at 16 and recent
winner of the Media Guardian’s ‘Rising Star Of The Year’ award
for the 2007 Underage Festival has returned with his unbridled
passion to curate the summer’s hottest ticket event. With not one
complaint and an impeccably behaved crowd in 07 the organizers will
this year be increasing the capacity from 5,000 to 7,000 to meet the
insatiable demand of the underage music scene and putting together a
line up strong enough to wish you were 16 all over again.

What the Papers say:

The Times 'At the Underage Festival in East London most of the
artists were veterans of the Club scene, making it a true culmination
of the Underage Club’s achievements”

The Observer ‘Not many debut music-festivals have garnered as much
attention as this one, boasting an assortment of unsigned, new and
reputable talent’

Time Magazine ‘Underage was a day of good, clean, sweaty, noisy rock
that provided the real highs.’

I-D Magazine ‘Five thousand kiddiewinks going bonkers for bands and
throwing their shoes at their onstage heroes - the crowds went home
happy, the festival a triumph.’

Royal Albert Hall until the last TCT gig on Sunday 13 April.
It has been signed by The Who's Roger Daltrey CBE and Pete
Townsend, and branded with a unique design by The Who's art
director, Richard Evans, featuring the band's famous target
logo together with images of the original band members,
including Keith Moon and John Entwistle.

Tickets for the competition are available from www.
thewhomagicbus.com <blocked::<a href="http://www.thewhomagicbus.com/>">http://www.thewhomagicbus.com/></a>
and cost Ł5 each, with all net proceeds being donated to TCT.
All entrants receive a free download of a previously
unreleased live performance by The Who of its famous hit
'Magic Bus'.

Inspiration for the competition stems from a successful
collaboration between The Who and Volkswagen Commercial
Vehicles last year which resulted in a special live
performance by the band at an international celebration event
of 60 years of the Volkswagen van <blocked::<a href="http://www.">http://www.</a>
volkswagen-vans.co.uk/transporter> in Hannover, Germany in
October.

Stephan Schaller, Head of the Board of Management of
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, said: 'We really hope that
many people will take part in this competition so we can help
TCT to support many more teenagers with cancer.'

Roger Daltrey CBE said: 'As a long standing Patron of TCT, I
am delighted to launch this unique competition. It will help
TCT raise essential funds so that we can build more teenage
cancer units within the NHS. The UK is a world leader in
providing this support for teenagers with cancer and in 2008
we will open five new units and start building work on a
further two.'

After the successes of 2006 and 2007, comes the third edition of Summercase.
This coming 18th and 19th of July, Boadilla del Monte in Madrid and the Parc
del Fňrum in Barcelona will once again be transformed into urban epicentres
for the very best in independent music. Already considered a must-see event
on the music festival calendar, Summercase will once more form the ultimate
musical bridge between these two Spanish capitals. Two simultaneous days of
concerts in a young festival which in its first year attracted 55,000 people
and then doubled that with 110,000 second time around.

At the 2006 event, audiences were rocked by sets from classic bands such as
Daft Punk, Massive Attack and New Order and wowed by great artists like
Rufus Wainwright, Adam Green, The Dandy Warhols, The Divine Comedy and the
Happy Mondays. In 2007, it was more of the same, as audiences were treated
to eagerly awaited live sets from Arcade Fire and a solo concert from PJ
Harvey. 2007 was also a year for reunions. Alter long absences, The Jesus
And Mary Chain got together to play live and OMD were with us again,
enjoying the form of their lives. Among the other acts that stuck in
people’s memories were Air, Jarvis Cocker, Scissor Sisters, Bloc Party,
Kaiser Chiefs, The Chemical Brothers, Phoenix, The Flaming Lips, James,
Astrud, LCD Soundsystem, and Sr. Chinarro.

For the third consecutive year, Summercase will be able to rely on the
backing of Movistar, which is testimony to their unwavering commitment to
music and young people. A staunch supporter of the festival from the very
beginning, Movistar have been involved in the World of music for more than
nine years, in which time they have sponsored more than 20 concert tours and
supported many different artists.
